Packaging Assembler

HOURS: Regular Full Time - 3rd Shift 11pm - 7am
Job Profile: • Assembles, labels, and packages woodworking tools and fasteners for shipment or next process. • Performs other duties or special projects as assigned. • Maintain good internal customer relations through helpful, considerate, and positive communication with all employees. • Demonstrate a commitment to operating in a safe work environment. • Follow written operating procedures and Bill of Materials.
Education and / or Experience: • HS diploma or equivalent. • Ability to lift, move, carry and manipulate loads up to 65lbs. • Must be willing and able to rotate through a variety of manufacturing processes, performing all types of tasks in a team environment. • Ability to operate production line machinery.

Customer Service Representative

Job Profile: • Provide and maintain high level of customer service and advanced technical support for all direct marketing efforts. • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns. • Report service issues internally for research and resolution. • Educate customers about product usage. • Provide training and coaching for new Kreg customer service representatives. • Maintain Knowledgebase and Customer Interactions through CRM and ERP. • Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.
Education and / or Experience: • Associates Degree and 2-4 years customer service experience. • Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft office. • 2-4 years woodworking experience required.
Other Skills and Abilities: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • High performance teams and a strong team player. • Must have the ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations.

Graphic Designer

Job Profile: • Responsible for producing visual solutions to the communication needs of our Marketing Department by using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. This includes initial creative concepts, graphic design, and page layout for both print and web media.
Education and / or Experience: • Advanced computer skills in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on web based software including Dreamweaver and Flash • Working knowledge of a wide range of media; including photography, computer aided design, web design and video • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Studies • 3-5 years experience • Must be able to think creatively to produce new ideas • Use innovation and meet the constraints of cost and time • Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall project
